DRI v15.12

Release 15.12 of the repository software has been tagged and is running on the production system. This was primarily a maintenance release focused on refactoring of code and updating dependencies.

This release includes:

• updated Hydra, ActiveFedora, sufia-models versions
• modified styling
• changes to editor workflows
